Be a part of SJMFs first annual Skate-A-Thon!
Inspired by Relay for Life and Dance Marathon, SJMF is hosting an 8-hour feat of skating endurance! With three of your favorite friends, each team will raise a total of $2,000 to benefit SJMF scholarships as well as our beneficiary, Be Positive.
During the day, there will be off-ice activities including choreography sessions, a silent auction, and games with prizes. What off-ice activities would you like to see at Skate-A-Thon?
The evening will culminate in an exhibition as well as the unveiling of how much money is raised.
More information will follow about time and location, but so far it is planned as a Chicago-Area event for this September. A number of fundraisers will be planned that Skate-A-Thon participants can use to reach their goal.
